Method
- Wash the rice, urad dal, and chana dal in water and soak them in enough water for 6-8 hours.

- Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat and spread some oil.

- Flip the dosa and cook for another minute or until it turns golden brown.
- Remove the dosa from the pan and serve hot with chutney, sambar, or any other side dish of your choice.
- Repeat the process with the remaining batter to make more dosas.
