- 1 teaspoon of cumin

Method
The method for making Mom's Spanish Rice is as follows:- Rinse the rice in a sieve under cold running water until the water runs clear.

- Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and chopped green bell pepper to the skillet.
- Cook for about 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
