Saute 1 chopped onion, 1 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste, and 1 chopped tomato in 2 tbsp of ghee in the Instant Pot. Add the marinated chicken and 1 tsp of biryani masala. Add 2 cups of rinsed basmati rice, 3 cups of water, and 1 tsp of salt. Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 6 minutes. Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then open the lid and fluff the rice with a fork.
