- Adjust the salt and lemon juice according to taste.
- Cover the pan and let the rice cook on low heat for 5-10 minutes.
- Once the rice is cooked, turn off the heat and let it sit for a few minutes.
- Fluff the rice with a fork and serve hot with papad and pickle.
