Method

  10. Add the raisins to the frying pan and fry for 1-2 minutes.
  11. Once the rice is cooked, remove the pot from the heat and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  12. Fluff the rice with a fork and transfer it to a serving dish.
  13. Sprinkle the cashews and raisins over the top of the rice.
  14. Serve hot and enjoy!
