- 1 teaspoon of coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of amchur powder (dry mango powder)
- 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoons of chopped coriander leaves
- 2 tablespoons of rice flour
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying

Method
Follow these steps to make leftover rice cutlets:- In a mixing bowl, combine the leftover rice, mashed potatoes, chopped onion, green chilli, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, amchur powder, turmeric powder, chopped coriander leaves, and salt to taste. Mix well.
- Add rice flour to the mixture to make it easier to shape the cutlets.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into cutlets.
- In a frying pan, heat oil over medium heat.
- Once the oil is hot, add the cutlets to the frying pan and fry until they are golden brown on both sides.
- Once the cutlets are cooked, remove them from the frying pan and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to remove excess oil.
