Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten

Method

  5. Add the cooked rice and shrimp to the skillet and stir to combine.
  6. Drizzle the soy sauce and sesame oil over the rice and stir to evenly distribute.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until heated through and the flavors have melded together.
  9. Remove from heat and serve hot.

  • For added flavor, you can also add diced onions, sliced mushrooms, and chopped scallions.
