- 1/2 cup Basmati Rice
- 1 liter Full Fat Milk
- 1 can Milkmaid (400gm)
- 1/4 teaspoon Cardamom Powder
- 1 tablespoon Ghee
- 2 tablespoon Chopped Almonds
- 2 tablespoon Chopped Pistachios
- 2 tablespoon Raisins

Method
- Rinse the rice and soak in water for 30 minutes.
- In a heavy bottomed pan, heat ghee and add the soaked rice. Fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add milk to the pan and stir well. Bring it to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to low and let the rice cook in milk for 30-35 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Now, add Milkmaid to the pan and mix well. Cook for another 5-7 minutes on low heat.
- Add cardamom powder and mix well.
- Garnish with chopped almonds, pistachios, and raisins.
- Let it cool down to room temperature.
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
