- Nori sheets
- Sushi fillings of your choice (avocado, cucumber, crab meat, etc.)

- Large mixing bowl
- Pot for cooking rice
- Rolling mat (optional)
- Sharp knife
Method
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rice crispy cereal, marshmallows, and butter. Microwave for 1-2 minutes until the marshmallows are melted.
- Stir the mixture until everything is well combined.
- In a separate pot, cook the sushi rice according to package instructions.
- Once the rice is cooked, add the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt, and stir until everything is well combined.
- Place a sheet of nori on a flat surface.
