Method

Follow these steps to make Pudina Rice:
  1. Wash and soak the rice in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pressure cooker or rice cooker. Add cumin seeds, bay leaf, cloves, cardamom pods, and cinnamon stick. Saute for a few seconds.
  3. Add sliced onion and green chili. Saute until the onions turn translucent.
