Ingredients

Method

Add the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, honey, beef broth, and bay leaves. 7. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 1 hour. 8. While the curry is cooking, rinse the rice in cold water until the water runs clear. 9. Add the rice and water to a rice cooker and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions. 10. Once the curry is done simmering, season with salt and pepper to taste. 11. Serve the curry over the rice.

Notes

You can adjust the amount of curry powder and honey to your liking. If you want the curry to be spicier, you can add more curry powder or a pinch of cayenne pepper. If you want it sweeter, you can add more honey.
