Method

Add the rice and coconut milk mixture to the steamer basket. 10. Close the instant pot and set it to manual high pressure for 3 minutes. 11. Once the pressure has been released, open the instant pot and remove the steamer basket. 12. Let the rice cool for a few minutes before serving. 13. Serve with sliced mango on top.
