  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Coriander leaves (chopped for garnish)

Method

  8. Remove the pot from heat and let it sit for 5-10 minutes. Fluff the rice with a fork.
  9. Garnish the rice with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
