Recipe Tips
- Make sure to soak the rice for at least 30 minutes before cooking it. This will ensure that the rice cooks evenly and stays fluffy.
- Use a heavy-bottomed pot to cook the rice. This will prevent the rice from sticking to the bottom of the pot.
- You can also cook the biryani on the stovetop instead of baking it in the oven. Just cover the pot with a tight-fitting lid and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
- Feel free to add more or less spices to your liking. If you prefer a spicier biryani, add more red chili powder.
- Don't skip the fried onions, raisins, and cashews. They add a delicious crunch and sweetness to the biryani.
