Method
- Heat the wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tbsp of oil.

- Add the cooked rice to the wok and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the rice is heated through.
- Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper to the wok and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
- Add the scrambled eggs back into the wok and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until everything is combined.
- Remove the wok from the heat and serve hot.
