- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
- Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
- Add Rice-A-Roni and stir until lightly browned.
- Add water, cilantro, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, and stir to combine.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover.
- Simmer for 20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.

Notes
